<p><em>This study aims to analyze, compare and map the movement of stock performance property real estate sector based on three phases Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. </em><em>Data used this is secondary that includes a financial statements, books, journals, corresponding official website. This quantitative consists analysis return estimation, risk measurement by Sharpe’s Index with study’s object being PT Ciputra Development Tbk. (CTRA), Pakuwon Jati (PWON), Alam Sutera Realty (ASRI). The findings state companies’ increased from pre-pandemic phase first wave decreased second pandemic. directly same as IHSG’s performance.</em></p>
